Task Force

Sacred Heart Sen. Sec. School functions efficiently under the stewardship of our Honourable Director Rev. Fr. George Edayal and dynamic command of our worthy Principal, Rev. Sr. Silvi with the assistance rendered by dedicated staff members.
The credit of success of any educational institution goes to its ‘ Task Force ‘ – which is a well knit team of teachers and students, guided and directed by the dedicated authorities.
Section Coordinators: For the smooth functioning of the academic and co-curricular activities in the school, the school has Academic and Activity Coordinators at Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary level.
Academic Coordinators: play a key role to facilitate the teaching – learning process and update teachers, parents and students about the current changes in the educational pattern.
Activity Coordinators: manage and supervise co-curricular activities which are held in the school to explore the hidden talents of the students.
School Committees: For the smooth functioning of school affairs, various committees have been constituted that deal with specific areas of school life. Each committee has a co-ordinator who reports to Rev. Principal, conducts regular meetings with the committee members to chart out the specific goals of the committee, and plans the action to achieve the goals. Membership of the committees is a solemn responsibility and requires the energy, effort, and dedication of all its members throughout the year.
Coordinators : Many other aspects of school life are monitored and run by Coordinators, who under the able guidance of the management, render invaluable service for the successful operations of the school.
Heads of Departments: are appointed in Primary and High School to coordinate and conduct smooth functioning of each department. Their work also entails being abreast with latest changes in the curriculum according to CBSE norms and ensuring that these changes are implemented by the teachers of the concerned department.
The School Cabinet: With the maxim ‘Coming together is a beginning, Keeping together is a progress, Working together is success’, the school cabinet is formed to create discipline and leadership qualities for both junior and senior classes. Their motto is ‘In Duty We Trust.’ It consists of Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, Deputy Head Girl, Secretary(Boy/Girl), Editor(Boy/Girl), Discipline Incharge, Literary and Cultural activities Secretary, Sports Captain(Boy/Girl),Social Services Leader(Boy/Girl).
The House Cabinet: The students from classes II-XII are divided into four houses - Gandhi, Nehru, Shastri and Tagore. Captain(Boy/Girl), Vice Captain(Boy/Girl) and two Discipline Incharges are responsible for the conduct of house activities.
Admin Staff: The school office and reception is efficiently managed with a bevy of staff that answer the queries of the visitors, provide immediate and effective service to the parents and also maintain records and accounts of the school.
Helping Hands: The labour and toil of workers cannot be undermined as they are always ready to render their selfless service to the school.
