Admission Regulations

The school aims at giving the children refined education so as to equip them to be men and women of character and integrity and to develop competence in them, both in scholastic and co-scholastic fields, to enable them to successfully compete at national and international levels and to produce sound education, designed to train its pupils to live for God and country through their activities, be it moral, spiritual, intellectual, social or professional. The school achieves this by :

Admission Criteria:

For Nursery

  • Eligibility :
    3 years to 4 years as on 1st April of the current year.
  • Required Testimonial :
    Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate.

For Classes I – X

  • Admission to classes I-X depends on the availability of a vacancy, after an entrance test in the following subjects:
    English, Science, Mathematics.
  • Standard of Admission Test :
    Level of the annual examination of the class preceding to which admission is sought. Admission is purely on merit basis. The child will be accepted in suitable class at the discretion of the Principal.

Certificates Required

  • TC from previous school.
  • Report card of previous school.
  • Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate.

For Class XI

  • Non-Medical –70% in English, Mathematics and Science in Half Yearly Exams.
  • Medical - 70% in Englishand Science in Half Yearly Exams.
  • Commerce - 70% in English and 65% in all other subjects in Half Yearly Exams.
  • Humanities - 70% in English and 60% in all other subjects in Half Yearly Exams.

Confirmation of Admission

  • Non-Medical:
    75% and above in English, Mathematics and Science in Board Exams.
  • Medical:
    75% and above in English, Mathematics and Science in Board Exams.
  • Commerce:
    70% and above in English, Mathematics and Science in Board Exams.
  • Humanities:
    65% and above in English, Mathematics and Science in Board Exams.


The school authorities reserve the right to grant or refuse admission

Promotion Scheme:

For Classes I-X

  • A candidate must obtain a minimum of Grade D in all the subjects under Scholastic areas as per scheme of Studies for promotion to next class.

For Class XII

  • Regularity in attendance.
  • Regularity and quality of day to day participation in the class.
  • Opinion of teachers teaching in the class.
  • Written work and projects assigned by the teachers.
  • Performance in the unit tests and terminal examination.

Procedure for Withdrawal

Students can be withdrawn or removed from the school as under:

  • By giving one calendar month’s notice in writing. In the absence of such a notice one month’s fee will be charged.
  • By the school authorities on any of following grounds.
    a) Constant weakness in studies.
    b) Irregularity in attendance.
    c) Behavior problem.
    d) Over-age in any class.
    e) Non-payment of fee or chronic irregularity in payment.
    f) Moral beach considered serious by the school committee.
    g) Those repeating the same class for 2 years.
  • For withdrawal after March 30th, Fees for the 1st quarter will have to be paid.
