the old adage goes, "A sound mind lives in a sound body", the exercise
of mind and body go hand in hand.
Education without sports is incomplete.
The school provides a comprehensive platform to its students for active
participation in sports. Students participate in various games such
as Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Kho - Kho, Gymnastics
and Aerobics, Skating, Handball, Badminton, Hockey.
A healthy competitive environment
is created by holding Annual Sports and Athletic Meets and tournaments,
thus finding a suitable outlet for the potential trapped within the young
and healthy bodies. Regular physical exercises are conducted as part of
the school curriculum. Participation in inter and intra school competitions
is encouraged. Our Physical Instructors give extra coaching to the students
before and after the school. |
